No, unless it is an extra's drop (post original sale date). Otherwise we want to give as many people a chance to own their favorite keycap.

In general, we ask customers to understand that each and every keycap is handmade and will have its various imperfections. However, if you are still not satisfied with your order, please reach out to me and we can arrange a return or partial refund.

Please expect to wait up to 1-2 weeks for your orders to ship. We are a small team and try to work as quickly as possible but sometimes there aren't enough hands. 

It depends on how quickly we can make it and what we have in the queue! If you'd like to know the status of production, please join our discord for updates!

Not for sculpts, but if you have a colorway in mind, you can rally the troops in the discord and we can see if we can work something out.
